We had a great time seeing the valley, tasting some great wines and meeting people - I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting th valley for the first time. At this time Rosa made announcements about all of the guests celebrations and opened up the empty car for dancing. Once back on the train we were served dessert as we made our way back to Napa. We tried a Madeira wine here that was amazing. We had a great time at this winery and the tour guide was hysterically funny. Once we got back on board we were served a cheese course while the train made its way to the next stop at V. After lunch the train arrives at Charles Krug winery where you depart the train for a brief vineyard tour and wine tasting. Again, the food was very good ( we both had salmon). After the first stop, the train proceeds to the end of the line while the guests are served lunch. You are not allowed to get off the train at this stop but you can get some really nice photos from the train car. The train made its first stop by the Welcome to Napa sign were the guests gathered in an empty train car to taste 3 wines. Along the way, our hosts pointed out different wineries and gave us some history of the Napa Valley.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Shortly after we were given our first course which was smoked salmon eggs benedict. After we boarded the train, we were given a glass of sparkling wine to start our journey. our hosts Oscar and Rosa could not have been more attentive.
